Luklak Joint Stock Company (“Luklak”, “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, stored and shared by Luklak.

This Privacy Policy applies to our products, services, website, its associated subdomains, support channels, or events operated by Luklak (collectively, “Our Services” or “Luklak’s Services”). By accessing or using Our Services, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

We collect information about you when you send it to us, when you use Our Services, and when other sources send it to us.

Personal information you send to us

We collect information from you when you visit our app, register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form. When you use Our Services, you may be asked to provide information includes, but not limited to, following:

We collect these information automatically to provide you with a personalized service experience, for example, displaying pages in language most suitable for your geographical area.   • Information provided by tracking technologies: Luklak may use, or allow third-party partners to use tracking technologies (include but not limited to cookies, web beacons, pixels) to function and to recognize you across different Services and devices. You can configure your device to opt out of these cookies and tracking technologies, which might affect the performance of some Luklak’s Services.

  • Application may collect user images for various purposes, such as profile pictures or content submission. Please be aware that any images submitted to our platform may be stored on our servers for future use. However, we do not share these images with third parties; they are only used for internal purposes, such as improving our services and user experience. By submitting an image to our platform, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and storage of your image.

Personal information we receive from other sources

We receive information about you from other Luklak’s Account Holders, from third-party services, from our related companies, social media platforms, public databases, and from our business and channel partners. We may combine this information with information we collect through other methods described above. This helps us to update and improve our customer insights, identify new customers, create more personalized advertising and suggest services that may be relevant to you.

How Do We Use The Information We Collect?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To provide Our Services: For example, we may use your personal information to authenticate when you log in, provide customer support, to operate, maintain, and improve Our Services.
  • To personalize your experience: For example, we may use your personal information to suggest features that enhance your productivity, improve collaboration in your team, and provide better search results.

We also analyze how you interact with marketing content to improve its usefulness. You can control whether you receive marketing message by using “Unsubscribe” feature in each message.
  • Customer support: For example, we use your information to resolve technical problems, respond to your requests for assistance, analyze crash data, and repair and improve our services. When you express your permission to us, we share information with a third party expert to solve your problems.
  • For safety and security: For example, we use information about you to verify accounts, detect, prevent, respond to potential and actual security incidents and to protect against malicious, fraudulent or illegal activity, including violations of Luklak’s Terms of Services.
  • To protect our legitimate business interests and legal rights: For example, where required by law or where we believe it is necessary to protect our legal rights, interests and the interests of others, we use information about you in connection with legal claims, compliance, regulatory, and audit functions, and disclosures in connection with the acquisition, merger or sale of a business.
  • With your consent: For example, we may publish your testimonials or featured customer stories to promote Our Services, with your permission.

How do we share information we collect?

We are not in the business of selling information about you to advertisers and other third parties. We share information we collect about you in the way discussed below.

Share information with other Service users

Some of Our Services’ collaboration features display your personal information, for example, your email, full name, username, or phone number. Please be aware that some aspects of Our Services can be made available to your organization, a group of Luklak’s users, or to the public. If you place your personal information on such places, you share your information to the group of viewers such places are made available to. If you post content on Luklak’s social media channels or community websites, the content of your post and your profile information, such as your name and profile images, may be read, collected, and used by any member who has access to these places. Your posts and certain personal information may remain after you terminate your account.

Share information with third parties

  • Share information with service providers: We may engage trusted third party service providers to perform functions and provide services to us, such as hosting and maintaining our servers and the app, database storage and management, e-mail management, payment processing, customer service and fulfilling orders for products and services you may purchase through the app. We will likely share your personal information with these third parties to enable them to perform these services for us and for you. 

  • Share information with business partners: We work with third parties who support us in our business operation, such as business consulting, sales, or customer support. We may share your information with these third parties in connection with their services.  We may also share information with these third parties where you have agreed to that sharing.

  • Compliance with Enforcement Requests and Applicable Laws: We will share information about with a third party without prior notice to you if such action is necessary to:
    a. Comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process, government request
    b. Enforce our agreements, policies, and terms of service
    c. Protect the security of Our Services
    d. Protect Luklak, our customers or the public from harm or illegal activities
    e. Respond to an emergency in which information disclosure is needed to prevent the death or serious bodily injury of any person.

  • Business transfer: We may share or transfer information about you in connection with any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a part of our business to another company. You will be notified via email if a transaction takes place, as well as any choices you may have regarding your information.

  • With your consent: We share your personal information with third parties or to the public when you give us consent to do so. For example, we may display on our website your testimonials along with your name and image, with your permission.

How do we secure information we collect?

We follow a variety of security measures to protect the information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. We maintain appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, data loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of the Personal Information in our possession. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) is never kept on file.

We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to Luklak or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If you believe your Personal Data has been compromised, please contact us by sending email to [email protected]. 

Could your information be transferred to other countries?

Luklak is incorporated in Vietnam. Information collected via our website, through direct interactions with you, or from use of our help services may be transferred from time to time to our offices or personnel, or to third parties, located throughout the world, and may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have laws regulating the use and transmission of such data. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, by using any of Our Services, you consent to the trans-border transfer and hosting of such information.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your information only so long as we need it to provide Our Services to you and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. This is also the policy for anyone that we share your information with and who carries out services on our behalf. When we no longer need to use your information and there is no need for us to keep it to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, we’ll either remove it from our systems or depersonalize it so that we can’t identify you.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Vietnam without regard to its conflict of laws provision. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Vietnamese courts in connection with any action or dispute arising between the parties under or in connection with this Privacy Policy except for those individuals who may have rights to make claims under Privacy Shield.

The laws of Vietnam, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Policy and your use of Our Services. Your use of the app may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

This Privacy Policy applies only to Our Services. The Services may contain links to other websites not operated or controlled by Luklak. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or opinions expressed in such websites, and such websites are not investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness by us. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Services to another website, our Privacy Policy is no longer in effect. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those that have a link on our platform, is subject to that website’s own rules and policies. Such third parties may use their own cookies or other methods to collect information about you.

Kids’ Privacy

We do not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided Personal information to us, please contact us by sending email to [email protected] . If we realize we have collected Personal information of anyone under the age of 18 without guardian or parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from our database.

Changes To Our Privacy Policy

We have the rights to make changes to this Privacy Policy (“Updated Privacy Policy”) so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies.We will provide reasonable advance notice before the Updated Privacy Policy become effective unless the change must be applied immediately for legal or administrative reasons. We will also keep the previous versions for review purposes. 

By using Our Services after the effective date of the Updated Privacy Policy, you indicate that you have read and agree to the Updated Privacy Policy and you will be bound by the Updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this or any updated Privacy Policy, do not access or use Our Services or interact with any other aspect of our business.  

You should review this Policy and any Updated Privacy Policy before using Our Services. The Updated Privacy Policy will be effective as of the time of posting, or a later date which will be specified in the Updated Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy were written in English (US). In case any translated version of this Privacy Policy conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails.
